A lot of us like to see a microwave in our hotel rooms so we can bring along some breakfast items or have a way to heat up leftovers from that expensive meal we just consumed. I found something a whole lot better! It's called the Hot Logic Mini and it's truly amazing. It becomes your personal oven and can fit into your small suitcase. As long as you are near an electrical outlet, you can heat or cook just about anything, anytime, anywhere. It uses a patented conduction heating technology that cooks your food at 165-170 degrees and holds it for several hours. Imagine someone with dietary restrictions like celiac disease who need to have their food prepared separately or for just about any restrictive diet. This is a must.

You can either heat up leftovers or cook from scratch – all you need is a zip lock freezer bag or a pyrex dish or any sealed container with a flat bottom that's dishwasher and microwave safe. Cooking this way is much healthier than in a microwave and you can have fresh meals anytime. I actually tried their recipe for sweet and sour meatballs and they were really delicious. It took a minute to prepare, I plugged it in and left for several hours. When I returned, they were done, not overcooked, warm and ready to eat. You can leave the food in there for up to 12 hours and it won't burn.

Here's some more good news, it's made in the USA and they offer a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. Check it out!
