1. Buenos Aires

That’s right, the gorgeous capital of Argentina can cost you under a grand to travel to this winter. Take advantage of the radiating sun’s heat as you experience lots of shopping, sample a variety of foods, and admire some stunning architecture. 2. Cape Verde
