Fall is here and that means it's time for soup! We love this soup because it's more like a meal. We use canned tomatoes and old bread so start saving your left over bread now.
500 GR. Tomato
Toasted or stale bread
Brown the thinly cut onion in olive oil, add a little chili pepper.
Once withered add tomato. Add broth. Cook and add basil leaves.
Add toasted bread and continue to cook until the desired consistency.
Serve hot or cold!
